We are now looking for an experienced purchaser/forwarder who wants to be involved in the company's continued development and ensure efficient purchasing and logistical flows.

Responsibilities

In the role of purchaser/forwarder, you will have a broad responsibility for purchasing, supplier contacts, and transport planning. You will work closely with production, warehouse, and external suppliers to ensure that materials and components are in the right place at the right time.

• Plan and execute purchases of materials, components, and services according to needs and budget

• Manage order placement, order confirmations, and follow-up on delivery times

• Be responsible for transport planning, forwarding, and customs handling when necessary

• Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices and terms

• Work on supplier evaluations and improvement efforts to ensure quality and delivery precision

• Coordinate with warehouse and production departments to optimize inventory levels and flows

• Register, administer, and follow up on purchases in the company's business and purchasing systems

• Participate in cross-functional projects related to supplier and logistics improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and forwarding, preferably from an industrial environment

• Experience in negotiation and supplier relations

• Good computer skills; experience with business systems and purchasing tools is an advantage

• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Driver's license B is an advantage

• Working hours: Daytime, flexible solutions may occur
